How are you able to offer such low prices?
We purchase from the manufacturer and ship directly from India. Therefore we can pass the savings on to you.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped via Registered Air Mail from India and generally take between 10 - 15 business days for delivery. We will inform you as soon as your order ships so you know when to expect it.
What is the expiration date on the products?
We ship fresh stock. The dates marked on the bottles is the DATE OF MANUFACTURE. Expiration dates are usually 3 years from date of manufacture.
Is shopping on your website secure?
Yes absolutely. Shopping cart pages in which you enter your credit card data is encrypted by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. Moreover, all credit card information is directly processed by Paypal or Google Checkout which means that at no point do we have access to or store any of your credit card information.
Do you accept returns?
We are confident that you will love our products, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us at favorfinesse@yahoo.com within 7 days of merchandise receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
Returned merchandise must be in original packaging, without the seal broken and in original, saleable condition. Custom and special order and personal items such as Bindis, are not returnable.
Upon the receipt of your returned merchandise, you will be issued a refund of your purchase amount less shipping and handling fees. Refunds will be issued in the same form as initially paid.
How long does it take for these medicines to work?
Herbal ayurvedic medicines aim to cure not just the symptoms but the ailment itself. Results are long lasting but it will take time for results to show. Remember you are trying to heal organs.
It is generally recommended that herbal medications be taken for a minimum of 3 to 6 months. It is also cost effective to purchase a supply of 3 months or more.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to almost all countries except those that do not allow herbal items or where packages get returned or go missing. Currently the countries we do not ship to are Germany, The Netherlands, Denmark, Austria, Spain, Portugal, Saudi Arabia.
Will I have to pay import duties?
So far none of our customers in any country have had to pay any import duties. However, we are unable to guarantee this as we have no control over import duties and we cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.
